A family tale, The South Australian Potato Company started over twenty years ago when the late Vincenzo Raschella had a vision to provide shoppers nationally with quality South Australian grown potatoes, 365 days a year.

 

At the time, Vincenzo had decades of experience within the Australian hard produce industry, and commenced his mission to purchase potato farms & water licences throughout the Southern Mallee district to ensure a sustainable future within the potato industry.

 

Fast-forward to today, The South Australian Potato Company is still owned solely by the Raschella family, who work alongside 100 passionate staff that grow, pack and market over 60,000 tonnes of fresh potatoes for Aussie and international consumers each year.
