Ingredients:
- 4 Large red Potatoes
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Heat oven to 220C
Method:
1. Rub a little oil and seasoning over the potatoes, then bake on a baking sheet for 25 mins.
2. Turn down the oven to 190C and bake for 1 hourr-or moreup to one hour until the flesh is tender and the skin crisp and golden. You can test this by inserting a knife, if flesh is soft potatoes are ready.
3. To serve, slice a cross in the centre, squeeze the base to ‘pop’ the top, then choose your favourite filling, such as Chilli Beans, Spicy Dahl, Yoghurt and chopped dill, Sauteed mushrooms and sour cream, Baked beans and grated parmesan.
